Ashlyn is the creator and founder of Smart Sip Cream Co. Her passion for health and wellness started when she was coaching and competitively competing in CrossFit for more than a decade. During that time she launched her nutrition coaching company and worked with over 700 people in the last 8 years helping them reach their weight loss goals. That is where she noticed a gap in the food and beverage industry with a lack of convenient, fiber-rich options.

With more than 95% of North Americans lacking fiber in their diet, contributing to the major diseases, came the launch of Smart Sip Cream Co., a calorie-friendly, fiber-rich, gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, keto-friendly coconut based powdered creamer. Within 3 months of its launch in April of 2025, it was nominated for BC Food & Beverage’s Product of the Year and can be found in numerous retail locations across Canada as well as online at smartsipcreamco.com.

Ashlyn lives by her motto “I thought I liked coffee, turns out I like creamer” and can convert any black coffee lover to the creamer life if given the chance.
