James is the owner of Fish Hair Salon, a Broad Street fixture in Victoria since 1998. He spent 16 years there as a stylist before taking over ownership, and now leads a team of 15 stylists with a strong focus on service and retail excellence. He also runs Tacklebox Beauty, an online boutique and in salon store carrying luxury salon products and locally made goods. Still active behind the chair, James is currently focused on strengthening leadership within the salon, driving growth and diversifying services. Fish is a salon focussed on career developement and education.
